3 Data stored in the browser (view page source or CTRL+U) and search for aspNetHidden and there you go the value and we can decode Viewstate value using the tools ViewstateDecoder data stored in server and ASP.NET_SessionId is sent to client (cookies)

if client Blocks sites from setting any data then  ASP.NET_SessionId is sent via URL ( Query string )

Note : Dont store critical info in View state
